
CHEESY CHICKEN PASTA BAKE

A healthy cheesy chicken pasta bake – we’ve taken BBC’s ‘Healthy Pasta Bake’ recipe and given this dish an Eatlean upgrade and cheesy fuelled protein boost, with the same oozing-melt-goodness too!
Ingredients
2 Peppers
150g Eatlean Grated Original Cheese
1 Tin passata
250g Pasta
Onion granules
Paprika
Fresh basil
200g Diced chicken
Method
1. Dice and fry peppers until soft. Set aside before adding pasta to boiling water, following the back of pack instructions.
2. Fry the chicken on medium heat and season with paprika and onion granules. Fry the chicken for 5-7 mins, ensuring it is cooked through.
3. Add the cooked pasta and passata to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
4. Add the mixture to an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with Eatlean Grated Cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees or until the cheese is bubbly.
