
HIGH PROTEIN PRAWN PASTA

Ingredients
10-12 Prawns
50g Eatlean Cheese crumbled or cut into small blocks (or use our Grated Original Cheese, and it’s ready to use on top of your dish!)
400g Tagliatelle pasta
1 Can of tinned tomatoes
100g Broccoli
1/2 Onion

Method
1. To begin, cook the pasta and boil the broccoli in a sauce pan for 10 minutes.
2. While the pasta and broccoli cook, prepare the prawns and dice the onion.
3. To cook the prawns, heat oil in a pan and fry them for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink. Then, add diced onions and tinned tomatoes to the pan and continue cooking until the onions are soft and the tomatoes have thickened.
4. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the frying pan with prawns and vegetables.
5. Top with Eatlean Protein Cheese – here we have used our Original Cheese Block, but you can use our Original Grated Cheese too – Simply ensure the cheese is melted before serving!
